This is disturbing. Sure, he might be a zombie and doesn't need his organs but he still has emotions, like fear and is mentally aware and affected by what's going on (is it possible for zombies to get PTSD?) He might be undead but he's alive in every other way that counts. They should have moral/ethic rules for zombies who can think and are aware.
